Rice Protein

We use hydrolyzed rice proteins in our Essential Herb and Wild Flower Omni Condition Bars. It is used to create a volumizing effect for thin or oily hair by forming a flexible film that significantly improves moisture retention and surface smoothness. Key actives: Hydrolyzed peptides and free amino acids from rice storage proteins (primarily glutelin and prolamin fractions), glutamic acid (~30%), arginine, alanine; notable for its mixed cationic and anionic amino acid profile making it substantive to both hair fiber and skin.
