Shampoo: Gently rub the across wet hair and massage in to create a rich and creamy foam. Alternatively, rub the bar in your hands to create foam, then apply to your hair, focusing on the roots. Rinse and repeat.

Body wash: Simply rub the bar onto your skin, a wash cloth, or sponge and wash, wash, wash! Rinse and relish your beautiful self.
